Super Bowl 50

Garrett and I love hosting football parties and Super Bowl 50 is no exception! When we have a crew over, I love to have great dips and snacks on hand that people can munch on throughout the game. My all time favorite, easy peasy, everybody devours it, corn dip is a winner every time. Throw in delish chocolate and caramel smothered popcorn and our “Super Bowl” sipper signature cocktail, and your party peeps will be dipping and sipping the whole game!

3 11oz. cans sweet corn & diced peppers (Mexican corn), drained

7oz. can chopped green chilis

6oz. can chopped jalapeño peppers, drained and liquid added to taste

1/2 c. green onion, chopped

1 c. mayonaise

1 c. sour cream

1 t. pepper

1/2 t. garlic powder

16oz. pkg. shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese

corn chips of choice

In a large bowl mix all ingredients, except chips. Chill 2 hours to overnight. Serve with corn chips. YUM!

1 c. of stovetop popcorn kernels

1 pkg. bakers chocolate

1 pkg. caramel squares

1 c. peanuts (optional)

sea salt to taste

Pop popcorn kernels over stovetop as instructed on package (this is soooooo much better and healthier than that nasty microwave popcorn, do it!). Once popped, spread popcorn on a wax paper lined baking dish. Sprinkle with peanuts. Melt chocolate baking squares and caramel (add a touch of milk when melting) over stovetop. Once melted, pour both the chocolate and caramel over the popcorn and mix until coated. Sprinkle with sea salt. Cool and serve.

2 beers

1 can Fresca

6 oz. of Lemonade

2 oz. of Lime Juice

8 oz. Vodka

Mix together, serve over ice, and garnish with your favorite fruit. We used oranges and blueberries. GO BRONCOS!

Happy Hosting!!!
